These publications are prepared by BPM Global Solutions Ltd, trading as Tridena.
When you order a Tridena publication, you accept these terms and conditions of Sale, so please make sure you read these fully before your purchase. Should you have any questions, please contact us.
1. Payment
Orders can be paid for by credit card or bank transfer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Payments by bank transfer must be made in GBP and include your order number. Your payment information will be processed immediately and confidentially.
2. Security
We use SSL 128-bit encryption, the industry standard technology that allows you to communicate to our webstore via a secure, encrypted link, thus preserving data integrity and confidentiality. Because of the SSL-128-bit encryption your credit card details and your personal information are kept secure.
3. Invoice
After placing your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. Please make sure that during the order process you indicate your full billing information. Tridena can also provide copies of invoices if required.

The Tridena publication(s) you order is/are copyrighted by BPM Global Solutions Ltd, trading as Tridena. You acknowledge and agree to respect this copyright in our publications. Except as provided for under this licence agreement, you may not lend, lease, reproduce, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit these publication(s).
6. Single User Licence
Tridena publications can only be bought for your personal or individual organisational use. These cannot be transferred to another user. In the event you wish to purchase further licences, please contact us so we can discuss your individual requirements.
7. Electronic Copies
You may download copies of Tridena publication(s) you’ve purchased on all of your personal or company devices (PC, smartphone, etc.) Printing is permitted for your personal or company use only. These documents are typically designed to be altered and adapted to suit your specific company needs. It is acceptable for them to be uploaded in their original or adapted formats to a company intranet or other internal portal.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tridena publications are provided without any warranties, including accuracy and correctness, or for being fit for any individual needs. Our publications do not constitute legal advice. Our liability for damages caused is limited to the value paid for the publication, or £100 whichever is the greater.
